Returns Policy

We operate a 7-day return policy. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, with all packaging materials, and we will issue a full refund on your original invoice amount. If collection is required, the Customer will be liable for the additional collection cost and any labour cost that may be incurred during collection. Shawbrooke Stone will aim to rectify any returns within 7 days of notification wherever possible but will not accept any liability for delay beyond its control.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

If you experience breakage of stone pieces within the pallets, subject to the above notification, we will refund the necessary amount. However, we would appreciate that many jobs require the cutting of stone in order to lay it, and 99% of the time a broken piece can still be used. We would appreciate it if you bear this in mind.
